Happy Easter

13th Apr 2019

Another term has flown by with so many great events and excellent learning opportunities.

The class assemblies this week have been a showcase of learning in both Early Years and Year 1. With clear voices and confidence, the children told packed audiences stories, poems and a range of fantastic facts. They should all be very proud of themselves.

Both Year 5 and 3 hosted Enterprise afternoons to raise funds for special projects. The incubator and eggs will be arriving in 5P and 5B after the holiday and our pupils in 3A and 3R are planning a visit to The Commandery.

Today we have said goodbye to Mrs Stephens in Class 3R and we once again extend our grateful thanks for all her hard work and commitment to Perdiswell over the past 6 years.
Mrs Stephanie Elvins has been appointed to this position and will join us after Easter.

We have finished this term with our Easter Service, which included songs and poetry read by Year 2 and 6 pupils. Reverend Todd kindly linked this together and it was a lovely end to our term.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all of our staff for their hard work this term and to you for your ongoing support. I hope you all enjoy a very Happy Easter and I look forward to welcoming the children back on Monday 29th April.
